Terms for using Oortcloud Job Hunter

Access
Job Hunter is provided to organisations under an agreed subscription. Users are managed inside the platform with admin, standard user and viewer roles, and access follows those roles.
Acceptable use of collection
The platform reads publicly accessible career pages and job listings on your instruction. It is not designed for, and must not be pointed at, content behind authentication or any source you are not permitted to monitor.
Your data
Tracked companies, saved searches, stored results and documents belong to your organisation. Results can be exported as CSV at any time.
AI features and your keys
Intelligence reports, executive search, AI search and semantic matching run against the OpenAI and Exa credentials your organisation supplies. Usage of those services is billed to you directly by the provider; the platform does not resell or mark up that consumption.
Accuracy and failure states
Results reflect what a career page published at the moment of the scrape, and the platform reports blocked, unreachable and filter-emptied outcomes explicitly. Job Hunter is an intelligence tool and is not a substitute for your own judgement about a company, a brief or a candidate.
Availability
Scheduled batches, background refresh and dashboards run as managed services. We will tell you in advance about planned maintenance windows that affect scheduled runs.
